Your schedule is the hard part. Not the house.
Police, fire, emergency medical services, military, teachers and nurses. You do not get to pick your days off. I build the sale around the schedule you already have.
Who this is for
Six jobs. One thing in common.
You do not get to pick your days off. Somebody else sets the schedule, and the rest of us get to sleep because you are awake.

One claim, and that is all
I was a police officer.
I am not part of a national network and I did not buy a badge to put on this page. I worked the job. I know what a shift schedule does to a calendar, and I know what it is like to be handed off to whoever is on duty.
I have been in a shooting and not made it home for more than twenty four hours. So when I say the calendar is the hard part, I am not saying it to sound like I understand.
That is the other thing. You get me. Not a team, not an assistant, not whoever picks up. Seller's Only Agent™ is the offer. I represent the person selling the home, and only that person.
Local
You probably work out of one of these.
Santa Clarita is small enough that I know the buildings. I am not affiliated with any of them and not one of them endorses me. This is simply where the people this page is written for actually work.

The exception. Your orders come from somewhere else, and that is a different problem. It is the first row on the board below.
Why one plan does not fit
Four jobs. Four completely different selling windows.
Most agents treat this as one group. It is not. The bars show when each one can actually move.

No surprises
Here is exactly what happens, in order.
If it has been fifteen years since you sold a house, or you have never done it, this is the part that keeps people stuck. So here it is.
-
STEP 01
We talk about your calendar first
Before the house. I need your shift cycle, your orders, or your school year. Everything after this is built on it.
-
STEP 02
I walk the home and tell you what matters
What is worth doing and what is not. You are short on time, so I am not going to hand you a list of twenty projects.
-
STEP 03
Photos and prep get scheduled around you
Not around me. If your only clear block is a Tuesday morning after a night shift, that is when we do it.
-
STEP 04
Showings go in blocks
Grouped, so your week is not cut into pieces. If your address is something you would rather keep quiet, we talk about what is and is not possible before anything goes live.
-
STEP 05
Offers come to you in writing
So you can read them when you are awake instead of taking a call at seven in the morning after a shift.
-
STEP 06
We plan for you not being here
If you deploy, transfer or start a contract before closing, the paperwork gets set up ahead of time so the sale does not stall.
Being straight with you
This is not a discount program.
I am not going to put a number on this page and call it giving back. What you get is an agent who understands the schedule you actually work and builds the sale around it.
Anyone selling a home in the Santa Clarita Valley is welcome to call. The focus here is on service to these groups. It is not a limit on who I work with.
Looking for a home instead
Want to search Santa Clarita listings?
This page is for selling. The home search lives on my main site, with every active listing in the valley.
One call
Tell me your schedule. I will tell you if this works.
One call. If the timing does not work, I will say so rather than sign you up and figure it out later.
